Return & Exchange

We strive to ensure that our goods meet your expectations in terms of quality and performance. If an item is found to be defective, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return and Exchange Policy:
Quality Guarantee: All goods meet the stated specifications and are fit for purpose. You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. In case of defects, you can contact us with a claim.

 

Submitting a claim: Claims are accepted by emailing support@confection-u.com. You can use the Complaint Form.

Options in case of defects: You have the right to choose to remedy the defect by replacing the goods, repairing them, or obtaining a reasonable discount. In case of a material defect, you may withdraw from the contract.

Settlement deadlines: We are obliged to remedy the defects within 30 days of receipt of the claim. If we fail to meet the deadline, you may request a refund or an additional discount.

Refunds: In the event of termination of the contract, refunds will be made within 14 days. Goods must be returned clean and, where possible, in their original packaging.
